This acitve adult project in Columbia, MD involved site planning of the building, parking and amenities, as well asgrading and drainage design. It also included design of all the landscape features from concept through construction documents and site observation.
All landscape features were designed and detailed in coordination with the architecture. Site observation played an important role in ensuring they were constructed according the design intent.
