Hord Coplan Macht developed a plan for an old sanitarium site adjacent to the historic Erie Canal outside of Rochester New York. The client was seeking a mixed - use project with retail at the major crossroads and town houses and multi-family housing set back closer to the canal.
Along the canal a second area of small retail would serve hikers and bikers enjoying the trail.
