In the summer of 2018, Discovery Channel headquarters announced its relocation to New York City and sold their building in Silver Spring, MD. I did a few quick sketches for the buyer, Foulger-Pratt, illustrating how they might add a new entry to the building and activate the building frontage along Georgia Avenue and Colesville Road. These three sketches illustrate how this might be accomplished.
